On the past Valentine's Day, I have attended the DEFTONES live in Kuala Lumpur. It was their first stop for the Asia Tour. Do check out the video below and leave a comment on what you think about their music.
Deftones is an American alternative metal band from Sacramento, California, formed in 1989. The band consists of Chino Moreno (lead vocals and guitar), Stephen Carpenter (guitar), Chi Cheng (bass),Frank Delgado (keyboards and turntables), and Abe Cunningham (drums and percussion). They have released six albums to date, with two Platinum (Adrenaline, White Pony) and two Gold certifications (Around the Fur, Deftones), their most recent studio album Diamond Eyes was released in spring of 2010.
Due to some uncertainties, Chi Cheng has been replaced by Sergio Vega who is the current bassist for Deftones and he was playing during the live concert in KL. Let's just hope that Chi Cheng will be back into the band soon.
